    Fat acceptance is a horrible thing. This is standardizing codependency.

    Just like I won’t blindly support an alcoholic, I won’t blindly support being fat. Lifestyle and health issues are serious matters, and we went these people to live as long as possible. Not dying at 45 due to a massive coronary, or losing their feet due to diabetes.

    Fat acceptance for most people is just giving up. Most people doing this really are just hiding that they want to be healthier, and leaner. They are just pretending they are fine with it.

    But the first step is to love yourself. Happiness is a choice, not some goal at the end of a a series of steps. You can choose to be happy.

    But you should also choose not to be satisfied. In other words you can be happy now, and still want to be leaner, or wealthier, or any sort of goal you may have.

    I come from a fat family. I know the health issues, and I know the struggle. Things worked out better once I got these concepts. Also once I realized I didn’t need to be on a diet, or to immediately jump into an exercise routine. Just adding a tiny change ever other week. Something so easy it’s barely work. But after a couple weeks it is a habit. Part of my lifestyle. Then I add on to it.

    This has been more successful than anything else I have ever done.
