“And one day she discovered that she was fierce and strong, and full of fire and that not even she could hold herself back because her passion burned brighter than her fears.” – Mark Anthony

Let’s find out what makes women dealing with anxiety the strongest.

11 Reasons Why Women With Anxiety Are The Strongest

1) They put up a fight every day.

Every day can be a constant battle for women struggling with anxiety. They don’t know when they will have to face the onslaught of a panic attack and racy thoughts, still, they put up a fight every day, and try to grapple with their anxious mind and get work done like a boss.

2) They are sensitive and have emotional depth.

“A strong woman is one who feels deeply and loves fiercely. Her tears flow as abundantly as her laughter. A strong woman is both soft and powerful; she is both practical and spiritual. A strong woman in her essence is a gift to the world.” – Native America saying.

The intensity of emotions in people with anxiety is very high. They are in touch with their emotions and therefore can understand other people’s emotions.

6) They are their own knight in shining armor.

“Beneath every strong, independent woman lies a broken little girl who had to learn how to get back up and to never depend on anyone.”
