This movie revolutionized the meaning of the word ‘serendipity’, and gave hope to all the lovebirds around the world that people who are meant to be together will always find their way back to each other.

21. Sweet Home Alabama (2002)
Melanie Carmichael (Reese Witherspoon) has the perfect life in New York as a successful and up and coming fashion designer. When her handsome and wealthy fiancee, Andrew (Patrick Dempsey) proposes to her, she is happy but tensed at the same time. The reason? She was married once before to her childhood sweetheart, Jake (Josh Lucas) but he never signed the divorce papers she sent to him, seven years back. So she has to go back to Alabama to set things right.
What follows is the realization that her life down south, in Alabama was always more perfect and happier than her life in New York City. One of the best romantic movies to watch on Valentine’s Day, this one is nothing short of timeless.

22. The Proposal (2009)

He agrees and takes her to his hometown and childhood home, where his family lives. What follows is a lot of getting to know each other, and of course falling in love. Bullock and Reynolds are absolute fire in this rom-com, so make sure that you don’t miss this on V-day!

23. Breakfast At Tiffany’s (1961)
Holly Golightly (Audrey Hepburn) keeps on visiting her favorite and the famous jewelry store, Tiffany’s time and time again. After one such visit, she sees her handsome and charming neighbor Paul Varjak (George Peppard) and quickly becomes infatuated with him. Even though both of them slowly fall in love with each other, they don’t disclose their disturbing pasts. To call this movie a classic is an understatement, because it is something even more than that, and that is legendary.

24. A Walk To Remember (2002)
When Landon (Shane West) meets Jamie (Mandy Moore), little did he know that his life is going to change. However, his world comes crashing down when Jamie is diagnosed with leukemia and only has a short time left in the world. This one is an absolute tearjerker and will make you bawl your eyes out, but will also give you hope that love is indeed the strongest emotion there is.

However, the twist in the tale comes when her bookstore is threatened to shut down, but both are unaware of the fact that it’s Joe’s company who is responsible for that. Exciting and romantic enough?
