As per a court document obtained by PEOPLE, called the Declaration of Default, it was stated that “the parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court.”

The document also mentions that Hammer and Chambers are seeking court approval for their agreement. The settlement news was initially reported by TMZ.

Armie Hammer and Elizabeth Chambers have reportedly reached a settlement in their divorce, which was filed by Chambers in July 2020 after 10 years of marriage.

When announcing their breakup on social media, they released identical statements acknowledging their 13-year journey as best friends, soulmates, partners, and parents. They expressed their commitment to prioritize their children and maintain a strong co-parenting relationship.

Following their separation, serious allegations, including sexual assault, were made against Armie Hammer, significantly impacting his acting career.

In May, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office made the decision not to proceed with sexual assault charges against Armie Hammer in one specific case. This choice was based on the assessment that there was insufficient evidence to establish the case beyond a reasonable doubt.

Despite the challenges faced during their divorce and subsequent events, the former couple has now reached a settlement, bringing their legal proceedings closer to conclusion.
