But because itโs a mental illness, it can be a lot harder to understand than, say, high cholesterol. Helen M. Depression can make the healthiest person the sickest person in the world.. Drugs is only a temporary fix to what could be a long-term problem. I personally believe in fighting it with sunshine and plenty of vitamin D and make yourself do things you really don't want to do.. people tell you to snap out of it but you just can't do it.. Know your body and sometimes simple things can make a big difference <3 Peace
