Just breath, you are capable enough to face any challenges, this too shall pass.
I don’t quit.
It is going to be okay. Just breathe.
For a moment, give yourself this mindful space to intentionally bring tension into your body, control it, feel it, and then release it, releases it.
The goal of meditation is not to have no thoughts (that is impossible) but to not interact with the thoughts that occur.
You will never know the reason why I breathe.
