It Baffles Me That Anxiety Can Be Regarded By Some As A Sign Of Weakness

It baffles me that anxiety can be regarded by some as a sign of weakness. Anxiety is literally fear. If you’re anxious and choose to continue to live life, even in the face of ever-present fear, then surely this is courage?  Living with anxiety is courageous, not weakness.
