Thoughts That Can Motivate You to Do Anything

Thoughts That Can Motivate You to Do Anything

In this post, you’ll learn some interesting tools, insights, examples
how you can improve your mood, daily functioning & how to be
positively optimized in this negative world.

You’ve probably figured that it’s hard to be motivated all the time.
No matter what you’re working on, there are days when you
don’t feel like doing anything or showing up.
There will be workout days that you don’t feel like even starting.

There will be responsibilities that you should do,
but you don’t feel like handling.
And also “off days” when your emotions & energy are simply not there.

These down-times are part of life, and I face these motivational challenges
just as much as the next person.
However, it’s important that we develop a system
for dealing with these lazy or “off days”.

 You Might Ask HOW?

Well, the starting process is in recognizing what actually happens
to our brain & bodies when we’re in the state mentioned above.

As you might know, the brain is the commanding system of our bodies,
so when you feel like don’t do anything you simply
 have low serotonin and dopamine.

You can freely Google or see here what these 2 chemicals do

I’m going to shortly explain here:

Low Serotonin – Regulation of mood, anxiety, compulsiveness,
increased appetite all these are signs your body is giving you to
let you know that something is wrong.

How to Supercharge Your Dopamine Levels to Never Feel Sad, Stressed or Depressed Again

70% Of Your Serotonin Is Made In Your Gut

Lack of sunlight is also connected to Low-serotonin.

Dopamine: The feel good or motivational neurotransmitter in our brain,
 pleasure associated, goal oriented transmitter.
(additionally educating yourself on this chemical is not a bad idea at all)

What you can do:

 decrease sugar, caffeine intake.

Workout regularly (even for 5 minutes a day)

Take regular magnesium

Meditate

Create simple small goals, and finish them

Eat more proteins.

Once You Get Your Mind Right

The power of positive thinking is scientifically proven that positive thoughts
can improve your mood, feelings, and performance.
For example, every morning after I brush my teeth I do 5 repetitions
 of “I Can Do Anything”.
Reminding myself & giving information to my brain that I really
can do anything I set my mind to.

Also, Instead of giving myself reasons (doubt) why I can’t do something,
I give myself at least 3 reasons why I can.

We get into a bad state also because of our words.
You know that thoughts create our emotions & words.

Watch your thoughts, because they become words.
Watch your words because they become actions.

So I personally improved a lot once I switch how I use my words.
I decided to exchange all my should’s, could’s, ought’s to a Must.

For something I wanted I didn’t give my brain information anymore
that I should create this post, should work out etc.

I switch that with I must create this post, I must work out 20 minutes every day etc.

It’s a miracle how you can reprogram yourself,
 simply by changing little things.

Simple Ways to Motivate Yourself

-Get motivation from the people in your life.
Spend less time with negative people who always look at
the dark or apathetic side of things.
And spend more of the time you have now freed up with enthusiastic
or motivated people and let their energy flow over to you.

-Remember that you are the captain of your ship,
so complaining that you don’t have the time
or the right people to hang with is all Your Fault.

-Don’t limit yourself from the people closest to you.
There is a ton of motivating books, videos, podcasts,
blogs and success stories out there that you can
tap into to up or renew your motivation.

Make time to implement this, even for 10 minutes daily.

-Play music that gives you energy.
One of the simplest things I do when I feel low in energy
or motivation is to play music that is upbeat or inspires me in some way.

Ask uplifting questions in the morning

Here’s what you do; every morning ask yourself five empowering
 three-part questions this way:

What am I ______ about in my life right now?

What about it makes me _______?

How does it make me feel?
Put in your own value in the blank space. For instance, a couple of my questions are:

What am I happy about in my life right now?

What am I excited about in my life right now?

What do I must accomplish Today that’ll make me feel awesome?

It’s important that you really feel how it makes you feel.

These morning questions are great because the way they are set up
makes you recognize things you take for granted and then they
really get you to feel those positive feelings.

Remind yourself of what you’re moving away from.

You can also motivate yourself to get going again by looking
at the negative impact of staying on your current path.
Ask yourself: What will the consequences be if I continue on this path for 1 more year?
And if I do it for 5 more years?
I have found that this thought exercise has given me the kick-start
I needed many times when I was in a low state in the past years.

Allow yourself to have thoughts that uplift you or
make you think about what you want from your life.
Find out what makes you happy or fulfilled.
Then do that. As much as you want or can.

I would love to connect & hear from you,
what are your dominant thoughts?
What are the ways you lift yourself in bad moments?

How To Remain Centered And Calm In Face Of Difficulty

My life is a mess and I have nothing to be grateful about! I witness myself say this phrase from time to time, where life plonks us into the desperation of ebb and flow of wilderness and things not going in our favour.

It is easy to say we are grateful and in complete balance when things are going well and life feels like the warm embrace of the sun shining on a Sunday morning. But the real test lies in remaining grateful and centred when life feels like spinning out of control.

While it is easier said than done, here are some reminders that might help you get through the days that feel like a burden –

1) This too shall pass, no moment in time that feels permanent loses its impermanence. We often lose hope when things don’t go our way and during these sad days, we should remember, that t

15 Most Liberating Thoughts For Someone Who Needs It

Our life unfolds in a succession of revelations of who we are. It is when we sit down and repeat the same sentence in our head over and over again, in every action we perform, every activity we indulge ourselves in, does it indulges into our existence as a habit.

The key to having a sense of liberation is allowing life to flow through, not forcing anything and more essentially not resisting change. I believe that our life improves in the direct proportionality of how often we are exposed to situations where are forced to challenge our age-old beliefs and counterfeited perceptions and seek the greater version of ourselves. When we get too comfortable in the comfort zones we build for ourselves, we do not grow into the people we are meant to be. Sadly most people embrace change only when metamorphosis is the less painful and only possible option.

I know that

My Rendezvous With Life

My Rendezvous With Life

The treacherous waters of existence hail in their stride,As the beauty of sailing against the winds uproars in its ride.Benevolence in its yonder stirs the mirth of the true,Navigating the turbulent waves, death and I had a rendezvous.

I sought the beauty of the light that was unseen,In the depths of my muse, I found my world within.Life in its flair, trudged me into the emblems of the dark,The dreams that perspired in the seed embraced their death,As it was time for a new quest to embark.

Quaint whispers that echoed in their gallant stance,The jeers that surmounted the uncertainty galloped in their dance.Silencing the wind, bestriding the fall,I plunged into the entirety of my endeavours that call

The Power of Understanding Your Love Language

The Power of Understanding Your Love Language

Love is the purest emotion one feels towards themselves and another individual. While the expression of love can vary in its entirety from one person to another, the care we hold for the ones we love shares an undeniable impact on how we forge our perceptions of interpersonal relationships. The way we communicate our feelings to someone also says a lot about how we are wired, the method of conveying our affection to our beloved ones is called a love language. You may express affection to the one you love regularly, but do you take the time to ensure that you are communicating it in the way that the other person prefers? Even love can become lost in translation when two individuals speak different love languages.

What are the five love languages?

The Beauty Of Gratitude In A World Full Of Cynicism

The Beauty Of Gratitude In A World Full Of Cynicism

Ever acquainted with the phrase that the world that you exist in, the life that you embody dwells in the perception of the stance you hold for yourself. The beauty and the tragedy of life is that it is as beautiful as the optimistic lens of perception and as ugly as the pessimistic view of your being.

The strive of our endeavours and the constant effort to achieve the next massive milestone often drive us to the edges of insanity, to be in the consistent light of greatness we lose sight of the great strings of joy that bind our existence together. To be the best we have ever been we must be mindful of the best we are. Coinciding in the traps of negativity and yet claiming to be the best version of yourself is a blinding truth that lies to only

I Breathe In The Sauntering Air That Collapses My Being

I Breathe In The Sauntering Air That Collapses My Being

I breathe in the sauntering air that collapses my being,I breathe through the crevices of my existence unseen.Uncertainty in its yonder strikes in bolt on the scars that nobody sees,Redemption that loves, redemption that is free, find me in the depths of my poetry.

Tales of lust ridden in smeared touches that belie,Entreated with envy, the visions of victory lie.To be or not to be in a question that yet lies,For I yearn for a world where fond passion never dies.

Enclasped in the cage of the deemed duty,Bounded in her vows, she forgot she was a thing of beauty. In a realm we live, where amour in its truth fails to stand tall,She, tired of her existence, submerges herself into the beauty that her dreams enthrall.

Chaos in its uproar hails in its darkness
