We All Need To Learn What Sensory Overload Is

We all need to learn what “Sensory Overload” is!  Stop assuming people have an attitude or are mad just because they need time alone. Not everyone can constantly be social all day, every day. Some of us need a few hours alone, without being talked to, touched, or bothered, and That Is OKAY!!
