Understand This You Can Look Confident But Be

Understand this:

You can look confident but be incredibly insecure.  

You can look healthy but feel like sh*t.  

You can ‘play it cool’ but still be extremely anxious.  

So be kind, because every person is fighting their own battle whether they acknowledge it or not.
