Note To Self This Is Gonna Sound Strange But Sometimes

Note To Self: This is gonna sound strange but sometimes your body has these emotional anniversaries that your brain cannot put into words.  You just feel the memories in your bones and on your skin and in your heart. Just allow it and give yourself patience.  This is part of being human.
