Detach from the outcome that you’ve built inside your head about that situation you cannot control. Detach from the expectations you’ve created and placed on someone else in your life. That need for control will lead to a whole lot of anxiety, worry, and resentment. Instead, focus on what you can control. It’s not easy. But it’s worth it.
