Numerous visits to doctors and emergency rooms had failed to identify the underlying cause of his declining well-being.

However, on Memorial Day, his condition took a drastic turn for the worse, leaving Lucie deeply concerned.

Michael exhibited symptoms such as an inability to respond promptly, impaired mobility, and an inability to hold his head up, prompting Lucie to rush him to the emergency room. She also mentioned that he began speaking incoherently and experienced physical tremors.

Following his admission to the ICU, Michael spent an entire week heavily sedated and reliant on a ventilator. This precautionary measure was taken to prevent the risk of stroke or cardiac arrest.

Although a stroke has been ruled out, medical professionals are still puzzled by the exact nature of his illness. However, there is a glimmer of hope as the ventilator was removed on June 6, and Michael is now able to breathe on his own.

Despite this progress, he remains sedated to prevent seizures and mitigate fluctuating blood pressure.

Lucie acknowledged the toll this ordeal has taken on her emotionally and physically, but she felt it was important to update fans on Michael’s condition, especially considering the cancellation of his upcoming June shows.

She noted that Michael is typically private about his health but wanted to assure fans that he is steadily improving, albeit with a long road to recovery ahead. Due to being bedridden during his hospital stay, he will require physical therapy and vocal cord repair.

The situation surrounding Michael’s health remains a day-by-day process, with each step forward bringing renewed hope. The support and well-wishes from fans and loved ones have undoubtedly provided strength during this challenging time.

Lucie expressed her gratitude for the outpouring of love and asked for continued support as they navigate this difficult journey together.

As the days unfold, Michael Grimm’s devoted fans eagerly await further updates and remain optimistic that their beloved artist will regain his health and once again grace the stage with his exceptional talent.
