If You Know Someone Who's Depressed Please Resolve Never To Ask Them Why

“If you know someone who’s depressed, please resolve never to ask them why. Depression isn’t a straightforward response to a bad situation; depression just is, like the weather.

Try to understand the blackness, lethargy, hopelessness, and loneliness they’re going through. Be there for them when they come through the other side. It’s hard to be a friend to someone who’s depressed, but it is one of the kindest, noblest, and best things you will ever do.”

  1. I wish i have someone who can understand what i am going through…expecting understanding and support from people whom i thought i can lean on on my darkest time only added to what im feeling ,,, nobody gets what is happening to me, they said its only drama,, that tomorrow itll be over. I wish it will but i feel that everyday that passes by im falling deeper into this blackness thats surrounding me,,, waiting for someone to save me,,
