I Need You

I need you

when the purple sky

Paints dreams and I

try to reach out to

the Diorama.

I need you

when the bed injects shackles

my enervated nerves crackle and crumble

Burning in a devilish arithmetic.

I need you

when sedatives cajole

and then snatch away sight

from my eyes.

I need you

when rain leaves the clouds

opening the staircase

of the rainbow.

I need you

when I forget my emotions

when I forget my identity.

I need you

to tell me

to hug me

to kiss me

to make me exist

to keep me alive.
