Fall Colors

Fall colors play my fantasy

a reality once lost in vanity.

My winter sword honors my lips

A long wait for your kiss.

An uncertain dream of your kiss

Yet the certainty of fall colors

is just now my poetic exploration.

Desires torture me

Yet your unconventional love

is now the color of my soul.

What do you think?
