When we lose the most beloved thing
The panoramic life zooms past our eyes
And we no longer have the zing
As we come closer to the last goodbyes.
When we lose the most beloved thing
The grief may get desiccated under the sun
But our inner soul forgets how to sing
With pain just like an endless run.
When we lose the most beloved thing
We are left with memories in our mind
Carved beautifully like stones in a ring
With the moments we just want to rewind.
When we lose the most beloved thing
Another star appears in a milky way
Shining upon a hope to our sapped wing
That life canโt stop at the end of the day!
