Understanding the 3D Geometry of Happiness

Much the same way as we specify three spatial dimensions as X-dimension, Y-dimension and the Z-dimension in geometry, we may specify even happiness through three dimensions โ€“ the X-dimension of happiness, the Y-dimension of happiness and the Z-dimension of happiness of the same sort, wherein, X-dimension may be reckoned as physical happiness, Y-dimension as mental happiness and the Z-dimension as spiritual happiness.

But unlike the spatial dimensions, which are usually expressed in the (x, y, z) format we may adopt some other format for the coordinates of happiness say in the โ€œx:y:z formatโ€, to give it a different look โ€“ by assigning a value โ€œzero to tenโ€ in a manner that the happiness-coordinatesย ofย a person, who may be the happiest man of the earth are โ€œ10:10:10โ€ and the happiness-coordinates of the unhappiest person are โ€œ0:0:0โ€.

The main benefit of this system lies in its ability to let us visualize the content of happiness in a very picturesque manner, as depicted in the following diagram.

I donโ€™t think, we could have contrived a more convenient way of keeping a tab on our total happinessย than this system โ€“ a system that is so familiar to us.

Having come to know that we have three types of happiness, not just one type of happiness, it would be better if we knew โ€“ what goes to make us physically happy, what goes to make us mentally happy and what goes to make us spiritually happy โ€“ one by one.

What goes to make us physically happy?ย

We feel physically happy when we get any sensation in our body that thrills us.

It may be an embrace.

It may be a kiss.

It may be even a beautiful scene of snow-capped mountains, a rainbow or the shadow of the sun we may see in an ocean during sunrise or sunset or even the sound the ripples of water of brooks make when they strike against the roubles or when we get a warm welcome or when we get some award for some extraordinary work done by us.

It could be even a pleasant body-message.

It may be even through the pleasant sexual sensation we get while mating with some soul mate or any such thing.

If you are a foodie even a good platter laid down for you may thrill you.

If you have ever romanced in your life โ€“ I hope, I donโ€™t have to tell you that nothing can warm up the cockles of your heart better than having a hearty romance with someone.

What goes to make us mentally happy?

Generally, good memories make us mentally happy.

Good friends also make us feel mentally happy.

A kind deed, done by someone in our life also makes us feel mentally happy.

If you are fond of music you may enjoy even listening to a good music of your choice.

Even a good coincidence may make you feel mentally happy.

The best thing to know more about it would be โ€“ just recall what should have made you mentally happy in the past.

What goes to make us spiritually happy?

Before I talk about spiritual happiness, I shall like to explain how we can see things in their all three dimensions even when our both eyes are closed โ€“ as if, our eyes are not closed.

Actually, we donโ€™t have any non-biological eyes or any non-biological ears โ€“ or so to say, any non-biological nose, in our body.

Do you agree โ€“ when we see anything with our eyes it produces its image, on our retina which generates and transmits electromagnetic impulses corresponding to the contours of this image to our brain through which our brain makes out what we may have seen?ย

Now just imagine what would happen if our mind replicates and sends such impulses to our brain?

Would we not be seeing the same things that we would have seen if we would have seen them through our biological eyes?

I hope, now you understand how we see things with both of our eyes closed in our dreams and even hear what somebody may be talking to someone, in our dreams.

I shall explain the truth of it through a 3D image of a silver saucer of about 8 inch diameter with a burning lamp kept on it and a garland of flowers hanging down from it, flying from left side toward the cremation ground Bhainsa Kund on the bank of the Gomti river of Lucknow โ€“ that was in full view in front of my eyes from my car standing on the MG road due to the stop-signal at the Hazratganj crossing as if it was an actual object flying in the sky, a few years back, even though no object of this description should have been flying in the sky in such a manner.

Do you know, what should have made me see such an object flying in the sky?

Some time back one of my friends had told me that when some pious man dies his soul departs exactly in the same manner as I had seen this saucer flying in the sky.

Do you doubt I could not have seen such a sight in any manner other than the manner in which I have explained above?

Of course, it is quite possible that our mind may be relaying such electromagnetic impulses to the same endocrine gland, we call โ€œpineal glandโ€ but in that case, we should not callย it just the โ€œthird eyeโ€. We should call it an โ€œall-in-one sensing organโ€ since it enables us to not only see things or listen to the voices we hear in the โ€œdream-modeโ€, it lets us even sense the smells and the tastes of the things โ€“ we happen to visualize at such moments.

We feel spiritual happiness when our mind replicates such electromagnetic impulses in our brain that may thrill us as we get thrilled when such impulses are created by our actual sensing organs.

Though we know, nothing makes us happier than being a success at something โ€“ I hope, armed with this technique of measuring happiness, you would be able to watch out, how happy you are at any moment much more confidently โ€“ throughout your life, by determining the X, Y and Z coordinates of happiness as has been detailed by me.

How To Remain Centered And Calm In Face Of Difficulty

My life is a mess and I have nothing to be grateful about! I witness myself say this phrase from time to time, where life plonks us into the desperation of ebb and flow of wilderness and things not going in our favour.

It is easy to say we are grateful and in complete balance when things are going well and life feels like the warm embrace of the sun shining on a Sunday morning. But the real test lies in remaining grateful and centred when life feels like spinning out of control.

While it is easier said than done, here are some reminders that might help you get through the days that feel like a burden –

1) This too shall pass, no moment in time that feels permanent loses its impermanence. We often lose hope when things don’t go our way and during these sad days, we should remember, that t

15 Most Liberating Thoughts For Someone Who Needs It

Our life unfolds in a succession of revelations of who we are. It is when we sit down and repeat the same sentence in our head over and over again, in every action we perform, every activity we indulge ourselves in, does it indulges into our existence as a habit.

The key to having a sense of liberation is allowing life to flow through, not forcing anything and more essentially not resisting change. I believe that our life improves in the direct proportionality of how often we are exposed to situations where are forced to challenge our age-old beliefs and counterfeited perceptions and seek the greater version of ourselves. When we get too comfortable in the comfort zones we build for ourselves, we do not grow into the people we are meant to be. Sadly most people embrace change only when metamorphosis is the less painful and only possible option.

I know that

I sought the beauty of the light that was unseen,In the depths of my muse, I found my world within.Life in its flair, trudged me into the emblems of the dark,The dreams that perspired in the seed embraced their death,As it was time for a new quest to embark.

The Power of Understanding Your Love Language

The Power of Understanding Your Love Language

Love is the purest emotion one feels towards themselves and another individual. While the expression of love can vary in its entirety from one person to another, the care we hold for the ones we love shares an undeniable impact on how we forge our perceptions of interpersonal relationships. The way we communicate our feelings to someone also says a lot about how we are wired, the method of conveying our affection to our beloved ones is called a love language. You may express affection to the one you love regularly, but do you take the time to ensure that you are communicating it in the way that the other person prefers? Even love can become lost in translation when two individuals speak different love languages.

What are the five love languages?

The Beauty Of Gratitude In A World Full Of Cynicism

The Beauty Of Gratitude In A World Full Of Cynicism

Ever acquainted with the phrase that the world that you exist in, the life that you embody dwells in the perception of the stance you hold for yourself. The beauty and the tragedy of life is that it is as beautiful as the optimistic lens of perception and as ugly as the pessimistic view of your being.

The strive of our endeavours and the constant effort to achieve the next massive milestone often drive us to the edges of insanity, to be in the consistent light of greatness we lose sight of the great strings of joy that bind our existence together. To be the best we have ever been we must be mindful of the best we are. Coinciding in the traps of negativity and yet claiming to be the best version of yourself is a blinding truth that lies to only

I Breathe In The Sauntering Air That Collapses My Being

I breathe in the sauntering air that collapses my being,I breathe through the crevices of my existence unseen.Uncertainty in its yonder strikes in bolt on the scars that nobody sees,Redemption that loves, redemption that is free, find me in the depths of my poetry.

Tales of lust ridden in smeared touches that belie,Entreated with envy, the visions of victory lie.To be or not to be in a question that yet lies,For I yearn for a world where fond passion never dies.
