Stress.
A common feature in our lifestyles today, we would love to blame it on siblings, family, college, workplace, peers, society and self.
We fail to realize that it starts at an early age. It starts with siblings, then moves on to family and the rest.
These are the phases we go through from the early years.
We fail to analyse our strengths and weaknesses. We preset our goals and want to get there quickly, resulting certain emotions in us, gaining dominance.
We raise our ambitions very high and failure to fulfil only adds up to our frustrations.
There’s no foolproof plan of handling stress, but…
1. Know your strengths
2. Aim high, but step by step.
3. Being competitive is good, but not in everything.
4. Never lose patience.
5. Believe in yourself, even when things are against you.
6. Never ever take anything on a personal level.
7. Exercise self control on those certain emotions.
Might sound hard or might not, but your own self determination can-do it.
Always remember, it’s not the situation that determines your life, but your reactions to it, that does.
