It’s nothing new to judge someone, Without being in their shoes, Without talking to the one, And knowing nothing ’bout his loss.
He may be struggling to succeed, Or to overcome a vice. He’s being in a time of need, And we know nothing ’bout the paid price.
Instead of helping and sustaining him, We keep saying what we couldn’t’ve said. His soul is weary and his heart is dim, Maybe now it’s time for only good words to spread?
For I’ve learned a valuable lesson, In this world of verbal violence. And with you now I’m confessin’, Speak your word, ONLY if it’s useful than silence.
