But At Some Point You Have To Stop Being So Angry

“But at some point, you have to stop being so angry, you have to stop being so sad, you have to stop killing yourself and start being gentle with yourself. At some point you have to just let it all go and be happy, you have to spread love instead of being afraid of it. You have to love yourself and everyone around you before its too late. Don’t waste away being unhappy over trivial things dear. Don’t do it. Don’t do it to yourself and don’t let other people do it to you.”

  1. Ive been there, too. on both the side of the parent AND the side of the kid.

pity party doesnt work. you want to change it.work to change it.

it IS for them. every breath you take, every mistake you make reflects on them.

it is about the parent, too. but a lesser extent. you should absolutely not be abused.

    especially by your SELF.

its ok to mourn. its ok to be hurt and sad. its not ok to live there.

  2. That is the problem right there. That is the excuse states use to steal children from good parents. It is absolutely also about the parents. So please, do not say it isn't about me. If it was not for me, they wouldn't exist. Making it AL about the kids is doing nothing but hiding from who we are. Sorry, I can not fool myself so easily. Quite frankly, even if you want to say it is all about the kids, then they should be with me period. What do you tell parents who's children have been kidnapped? This is no different.

    1. The things I'm upset about are not trivial and i am not capable or willing to ever be ok with how things are. Maybe it will kill me, who knows. What is life without your kids though? To me, it is nothing. There is nothing else in this life that I want. I don't care if I meet someone again, I don't care if I have money, I don't care if I get to go do things, etc. All that I want and ever wanted in life is my kids. Nothing else matters.

    2. I knew you would pull out the "trivial" part.

That wasnt my intention at all.. just everything else.

you STILL are and have to be an example to your kids. you just wallow and whine about you and its never about you.

  3. I' ve already reached that point. It' s seems that worrying about everything and everybody is our duty but as time passes by one realises that it is the opposite. Everything turns much easier. And it is a great relief.. .
