If there is Unhappiness in you

If there is Unhappiness in you

โ€œIf there is unhappiness in you, ๏ฌrst you need to acknowledge that it is
there. But donโ€™t say โ€œIโ€™m unhappy.โ€Unhappiness has nothing to do with
who you are. Say: โ€œThere is unhappiness in me.” Then investigate it.
A situation you ๏ฌnd yourself in may have something to do with it. Action
may be required to change the situation or remove yourself from it. If there is
nothing you can do, face what is and say, โ€œWell, right now, this is
how it is. I can either accept it, or make myself miserable.โ€
The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but
your thoughts about it.โ€

The primary cause of unhappiness is mostly not the situation but our thoughts about it. Change your thoughts or better said the way you think. And happiness will be within ๐Ÿ™‚

The Primary cause of unhappiness in life is situations of life and how we are perceiving, approaching and accepting the situations .The secondary cause is our thought process. And finally how we are interpreating the thought. Almost everybody has dream and desire in life. When we can not match our dream and desire with the hard core reality, we become easily frustrated and that leads to unhappiness. But the question is how we can train our mind that we can find a special kind of wonderment in our life which convert our negativities into positive and bring happiness. We find people that they don't have sense of joy, humour, wonderment. Beauty of eyes of Sonakshi Sinha and a big eyes of buffalo are same to them. Our thoughts are under severe traffic jam of soliloquies and judging and comparing . The mystry of time is is only Prsent. Past was present. Future will be also present . But our mind live in the past. If I have a BMW and 20 million dollars, then I will be happy. That means at present you are you are unhappy. And an unhappy person reaches the goal will surely become unhappy because another desire will automatically pops up and say If become the CEO or MD I will become happy. So to be happy, I have to be happy at present. And that is why PRESENT is called GIFT.

As we say we always try to reach for more. Being content with what we have, the mind can be trained. But needs a person to be conscious. Which hardly happens
