Even though you can’t change a narcissist, you can most certainly protect yourself from their toxicity.
Without closure, it can be difficult to move on in life and the healing becomes much harder.
Here’s a short summary of some signs you are living with or engaging with a narcissist:
What makes a narcissist or abusive type so attractive to some of us? A subtle manipulative tactic, known as mirroring.
A person who is passive aggressive needs to feel dominant and in control. They also need to make others feel inadequate to relieve a feeling of deficiency within themselves.
Is what your heart telling you at odds with what your gut says? Do you listen to gut feelings or ignore them?
It is only when we are still and have the courage to face ourselves that we can heal.
Are you in love with someone who hurts you? Trapped in an abusive or dysfunctional cycle?
One of the hardest things about leaving an abusive relationship was grieving the loss of the fantasy relationship I had in my head.
