David Rettew, M.D.

David Rettew, M.D., is a child and adolescent psychiatrist and Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine. His newest book is Parenting Made Complicated: What Science Really Knows about the Greatest Debates of Early Childhood. Dr. Rettew is also the Medical Director of the child division of the Vermont Department of Mental Health and author of “Child Temperament: New Thinking About the Boundary Between Traits and Illness.”
