Mind and Emotions Clinic

I am a therapist specialising in helping women navigate trauma, self-sabotage, anxiety, and negative thinking patterns. My journey started 20 years ago and has led me to train in various holistic modalities such as EFT, NLP, Bach Flower Remedies, Applied Kinesiology, and Ayurveda.

My curiosity and dedication to understanding the deeper aspects of emotions and behaviours led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in psychology and I am currently enrolled in a counselling psychology doctorate program in London, UK.

My goal is to continue evolving, both personally and professionally, and to share the insights gained with those on a similar journey.
