You Can Accept Or Reject The Way You Are Treated By Other People

“You can accept or reject the way you are treated by other people, but until you heal the wounds of your past, you will continue to bleed. You can bandage the bleeding with food, with alcohol, with drugs, with work, with cigarettes, with sex, but eventually, it will all ooze through and stain your life. You must find the strength to open the wounds, stick your hands inside, pull out the core of the pain that is holding you in your past, the memories, and make peace with them”

And as an added result we enjoy our own company and lose the fear in ourselves that you mentioned in your poem.. ..May be we are leading to this for a condition of "like to be alone". ..i am like this

Yes when God has deliever you for stuff …Satan comes in to test you to see of you are really heal and restore from it! Then you find your self …deliever but not yet all the way heal and restore because when you are heal from a thing God never has to go go again to heal you second time of a thing ! You can be deliever from a thing not heal and restore from a thing!

It takes some time and plenty of effort. It isn't an easy job. There is no specific formula. The first step is admitting the pain exists. I've found going to a group session where creativity is used helps me. We use a book called Ladder Up. Sometimes a therapist is needed. If you have good friends wiling to listen, don't judge, there's a start. Expressing the pain is helpful. This is why I use art. Healing isn't immediate. Healing is a continues process. As you have noticed, I haven't said it is done alone. This isn't a job done in solitaire.
