• It’s okay if you’re not feeling all that excited. Mental illness can result in low moods and you can’t control that.

• Try to get enough sleep.

• Do not get down on yourself for not being in a certain place in life, we all do things our own pace.

• Set realistic expectations, the holiday festivities doesn’t have to be perfect, and probably won’t be.
