Depression Also Looks Like –
• Apathy (not caring about things as much as you normally do)
• Loss of interest or pleasure in things that usually bring you joy
• Grouchiness/irritability
• Insomnia or over-sleeping
• Increased or decreased appetite
• Lashing out at others
• Feeling numb
• Feeling hopeless
