That moment when you hit the introvert wall. It literally comes out of nowhere. You can be honestly enjoying yourself, extroverting, and all of the sudden bam. Sounds are too loud, lights are too bright, people too close. That smile you were wearing feels stiff and awkward, and you just shut down. There’s no trigger, and there’s no cure, you just have to leave. You’re done, now go hide in your room with all the lights off and in complete silence for a few hours and you’ll begin to feel normal again.
