In this interview, Matt Damon candidly shared his experience of struggling with depression during the production of a movie that did not meet his initial expectations and turned out to be a disappointing movie, which led him to fall into a depression.
Without explicitly mentioning any specific films, Damon described a situation where he found himself immersed in a project that failed to align with his hopes.
He recalled reaching a midpoint in the production, with several months remaining, and having inconvenienced his family by relocating for the project.
