Now, moving your body doesnโt have to mean that you need to perform 100 burpees! Some simple stretches can make you feel amazing in no time. Stretching and yoga are two of my favorite things to do whenever I am confused about how to spend me time.

Be it a paperback or an e-book, catching up on some reading can give you so much happiness and fulfillment. Donโt worry, this doesnโt have to be an expensive habit. You can simply drop by your local library and borrow a few books that catch your eye.
Not only will you get to enjoy some amazing stories, you wonโt have to spend a lot of money to do so. So, find a comfy place, turn the pages, and let your imagination soar.

4. Take a dip in the pool

7. Bask in some sunlight.
