Simple Steps To Manifesting Anything You Desire 1

When you go through a devastating heartbreak, life can feel really bleak and negative. However, there are few simple steps for manifesting anything you desire and create the life you have always dreamt of. Learning how to manifest your dreams and ultimately manifesting what you desire can feel like a dream come true.

Learning how to manifest and create the life of your dreams is crucial after a trauma such as a break-up or divorce. Life can feel hopeless and overwhelming making it difficult to see what may be possible for you. The ending of one dream you had that crashed and burned may leave you feeling shattered.

How do you move forward? How do you not only live each day focusing on new responsibilities, ones that feel like a heavy burden, and manifest a life that is so different from where you are right now?

It takes a bit of work to undo all that you have picked up on your journey in life.

There is a familiar saying of the “baggage” people carry with them. It’s as if you were born with a beautiful backpack and a new set of luggage that is empty and light. As you move along on your path in life you pick up things to put in the luggage to carry. Some are good memories, other things are painful memories, beliefs, and traumas that have occurred.

Most of us just throw everything in the luggage or backpack and keep on moving, albeit weighed down.

Until you realize the heaviness you feel is due to all that you are still carrying around with you today, you will find it difficult to manifest and create what you truly desire.

There’s no room.

Learning how to heal and release all the things you’ve been carrying with you will allow you the FREEDOM to then create and call in all that you do desire.

Here are 7 simple steps to learn how to quickly manifest the life you desire.

7 Simple Steps To Manifesting Anything You Desire (Even After Heartbreak)

1. Gain Clarity On How You Want Your Life To Be

Getting very clear on how you want to be living your life is the most important part of manifesting. The Universe cannot bring you what you desire without knowing what to bring you.

Take some time to get a picture of what you want for the next phase of your life. Spend a day dreaming about all the possibilities and write them down. You will begin to notice what makes your heart light up when you think of each scenario.

Go with the one that makes you happy and excited about your future even if it feels unattainable at the moment.

2. Heal Your Inner Programming

All the “stuff” you have been carrying around in your luggage needs to be released.

Make a decision to learn ways to let it go so you can move forward open to receiving all the new things and the new way of being you desire.

It’s a process of becoming conscious of what is holding you back and then learning ways to finally, once and for all, release it.

3. Go Within And Listen To Your Inner Voice

As you begin to heal and release all that no longer serves you, you will be able to hear the quiet voice of your inner wisdom. This is when the magic begins to happen.

Take time each day on your healing journey to close your eyes and drop down into your heart. Ask the burning questions you have been wanting answers to. You will get a response.

Practicing going within each day will sharpen your intuition allowing you to follow your Divine plan for your life. Transformation begins with YOU.

Take the step to go within for Divine guidance.

4. Take Inspired Action

When you begin to get the answers you’ve been seeking about what to do next or where to go so you can begin moving in the direction of creating the life you truly desire, you need to take action.

Inspired action essentially means “In-Spirit.” It comes from the inspiration you receive during the quiet times you engage with your inner voice.

5. Say Thank You To All That Shows Up In Your Life

When you are on a healing path and releasing the “old baggage,” things will begin to move around to support you in achieving your deepest desires.

Little things at first may show up. Being in gratitude for even the small things will quickly and exponentially increase the good that comes to you.

6. Do Things Every Day That Make You Feel Good

Manifesting what you desire in your life comes from a place of FEELING. Feeling good is ESSENTIAL to creating what you want in your life.

Do something every day that makes you feel good and brings you joy. These higher vibration feelings will quickly attract what you envision for your life like a magnet.

One way to quickly manifest a deep desire is to focus on it and FEEL as if it’s already here.

7. Allow It To Show Up

Some times we have a hidden resistance to allowing something, even good things, to come into our lives. Take some time to get clear on fears you may have around getting what you want.

Will you have to make big life decisions that you don’t feel ready for? Will you lose friends or alienate family members because you feel they will judge or criticize you?

Most of the time we are not even aware these fears are running behind the scenes in our subconscious. That’s why it’s so important to go back to number two and heal your inner programming.
