Abusive and toxic people never want to talk about or discuss the rude, unkind, or cruel things they did or said to you. All they want to talk about is your reactions, how “crazy” you are, or how you “need help”.
They completely deflect the things they do and say to you first, then claim you’re somehow unstable and have no right to be hurt or upset.
