Do Not Listen To Your Brain When It Tells You That You Are Being Too Much

Author :

Do not listen to your brain when it tells you that you are being too much, that people would be better off with someone else, that you are too much of a mess for anyone to handle.  Your thoughts are lying to you, because even on your worst days, you are not being too much and you are not too hard to handle, my love.  You may feel these emotions intensely and think that they are the truth but they are not.  Your head portrays the situation so much more dramatic than it actually is; you are still worthy, still beautiful and there is still so much good left in you. People would not be better off with someone else, they need you. We need you.  I just wanted to let you know that you are loved even if you are convinced that everything about you is unlovable. You are loved.
