As part of that purpose, he writes articles, sends emails, hosts retreats, and workshops, gives TEDx talks, coaches clients, hosts a podcast, writes books, and makes spoken word poetry videos. He is also active on Facebook and Instagram, leading an online tribe of more than 35,000 badass humans. He is a Ph.D. scholar who spent the past five years studying the science of human behavior, specifically how attitudes affect action and how we can communicate to inspire greater and lasting change.
