An Anxiety ‘Problem’ is when we fixate on an external issue, such as our career, our relationship, grief, or finances, etc An Anxiety ‘Disorder’ is when we worry about WHY we are feeling anxious – almost entirely internal. It’s a fear of the fear response itself.
