Country start Kelsea, encountered an unfortunate incident during her concert in Boise, Idaho, on Wednesday, when a fan threw an object at her, striking her in the face.
The incident occurred while Ballerini was performing her heartfelt song “If You Go Down (I’m Goin’ Down Too).”
A video captured by fan Brittney Thompson and shared on Twitter shows Ballerini momentarily halting her singing as her violinist checks on her well-being.
Following the incident, Ballerini attempted to continue with the song, but the video footage reveals her briefly leaving the stage. Despite this setback, she handled the situation with utmost professionalism.

After a quick outfit change, Ballerini returned to the stage and resumed her set, providing an acoustic rendition of the interrupted song on her B stage.
Thompson expressed her admiration for Kelsea Ballerini’s poise, stating, ” We all love Kelsea, and her and other artists deserve a safe environment.”
It was later revealed by concert attendee Amanda Florido that the thrown object was actually a friendship bracelet.
In response to the incident, Ballerini’s tour manager, Dustin, addressed the audience and urged them not to throw objects during the performance. A few minutes later, Ballerini reappeared on stage, ready to continue entertaining her devoted fans.
