109-Year-Old Woman Says Secret To A Long Life Is Avoiding Men

Since the Ancient Ages, people were curious about the secret to living a long life. It’s a known fact that Death is inevitable but you should at least try your level best to stay alive for as long as possible.

But what should you do in order to avoid dying early?

To our utmost surprise, the secret is finally revealed by Scotland’s oldest woman, “you should eat porridge every day and avoid men.”

Jessie Gallan was the oldest woman in Scotland until she died at the age of 109. But before she passed away, she shared her secrets to her long life.

Adding more condiments to her true story is, she has never been married.

The adorable centenarian revealed her secrets in an interview with The Daily Mail.

’My secret to a long life has been staying away from men. They’re just more trouble than they’re worth,’ she said. ‘I also made sure that I got plenty of exercises, eat a nice warm bowl of porridge every morning and have never gotten married.’

Instead of hanging around with the guys, she suggests that you spend every day with things that you truly cherish in your life: friends, family and more. And considering that she lived until 109 years old, she must be super sure what she’s talking about.

‘I always worked hard and seldom would I ever take a holiday. I left home when I was 13 and began job milking cows,’ she said in an interview with The Daily Mail. ‘I always had good jobs with very nice people. It’s amazing to see how completely different the world is now from the one I grew up in.’

” She’s absolutely Amazing” – Caregiver at Gallan’s Nursing Home said this.

Unfortunately, Gallan passed away in Scotland after few days of this amazing interview.
