What You Need
- To have a full life that I enjoy when my partner is busy.
- To learn to voice my needs.
- To understand my partner has other responsibilities + desires.
- To know that jealousy and insecurity are normal feelings.
- To be able to navigate our inevitable separate wants/needs.
- To be able to calm and reassure myself when my partner cannot.
- To understand that loneliness and boredom are normal feelings.
- To be able to tell my partner what I need from them when Iโm feeling sad or upset.
