What You Want

  1. To never feel anxious about my partner taking distance
  2. Not having to ask for I need
  3. To always be the number one priority in my partner’s life
  4. To never feel jealous/insecure
  5. For my partner and me to always want exactly the same thing
  6. For my partner to never make me feel uncomfortable/anxious
  7. To never feel lonely or bored within my relationship
  8. For my partner to always know, what to say when I’m upset

What You Need



  1. To have a full life that I enjoy when my partner is busy.
  2. To learn to voice my needs.
  3. To understand my partner has other responsibilities + desires.
  4. To know that jealousy and insecurity are normal feelings.
  5. To be able to navigate our inevitable separate wants/needs.
  6. To be able to calm and reassure myself when my partner cannot.
  7. To understand that loneliness and boredom are normal feelings.
  8. To be able to tell my partner what I need from them when I’m feeling sad or upset.
