The plot follows Arthur Fleck, a failed comedian who explores the streets of Gotham City looking for connection. It is one of the best psychological thrillers of 2019.
Arthur wears two masks: one he paints for his day job as a clown, and another he presents to feel like heโs a part of the world around him. He is a loner and mostly harassed and ignored by society, sometimes called a freak. The film tells us about his journey to insanity as he turns into The Joker.
