Listen to others without judging

  1. This is a nice sentiment but not based in reality. If someone is spewing hatred racism misogyny or exclusion of any kind based on their religious beliefs they don’t deserve your respect. Just because people have a right to say and believe whatever they choose to believe and say whatever they want it doesn’t mean they deserve respect.

    • It’s getting to the point where no one seems to take things at face-value anymore. You can’t say or do anything without… a debate, an argument, an explanation… or whatever. I’m not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, because… does everyone have an ulterior motive? Does everyone just automatically not understand what someone is trying to say, clearly? And, yes, I’m including myself here because when I read this I was going to say something along the lines of the first commenter. That, as long as they didn’t force their belief or say foul and such things to me, that would be fine, but if they tried to get everyone to believe their belief and their opinion, to “rule the world” that way, than no.

Is it just me or was “the world” just a lot simpler before 11/09/16?
