Demeaning, Discouraging, Abusing, Words So Unkind

Author :

Demeaning

Demeaning, discouraging, abusing,
words so unkind.
leave an unforgettable impression
forever in the tender mind.

Demeaning

Remember your venom in words
can kill the child and create a monster,
So be careful not to poison their mind

Demeaning

Don’t fill their tender minds
with negative thoughts
They are still tiny tots..
Is this the way they should be taught?
Innocent eyes express their pain
Please hold me tight
and let me fall like rain

Demeaning

Choose your words wisely,
Don’t give them the power
to grip you and others,
Don’t let them snatch away
the freedom of a child,
by cutting her feathers.

Demeaning

Words are irreversible,
don’t use them destructively,
a child’s future and psyche,
are affected for a lifetime,
don’t push the kid towards doom
use them wisely
and let the child bloom.

Demeaning

The power of a word,
To hold one under control,
Don’t need a sword,
If manipulation is the goal.
More so with a child,
Spoken words are the key.
Never make them wild,
Just to get them to agree.
