  2. Yes Write out your unhelpful thoughts then challenge them
  3. No Problem solve your worry, set clear actions then distract yourself
  4. If No Are you having physical anxiety symptoms?
  5. Yes Stop & take deep breaths, practice mindfulness, drink some water & go for a walk if you can.
  6. No Journal about your anxiety & ask yourself what you need right now
