We are part of this generation, where hearts break in the night and the fake smile is set up already in the morning to rescue ourselves from the melancholy of life.
We are part of this generation that has learned to cry without tears, love without feelings and break hearts without lots of attention. We are part of this generation where loyalty gets ridiculed and the one who fights for a relationship is being laughed at, where stories of true love like in fairy tales nobody anymore believes. We are part of this generation that drowns after a long party night in the pool of loneliness, a generation that works for the weekends saves money for wild nights and alcohol because we flee from things you can’t escape from.
We are part of this generation that ignores real people just in front of us but yearns for the attention of strangers in the internet. We are part of this generation where everybody knows the truth, ignores the truth and still complains about not finding it at all. This is our generation, let’s be different.
