  1. This is generally the stage where someone realises the difference between conditional and unconditional love… To give and not be attached.
    Everyone generally has that one person who taught them that lesson, and when that person goes it feels like a part of you has died. That’s where the flashbacks come in… Or rumination. You ask yourself what you did wrong, and feel lost and confused. And eventually you realise you unintentionally abandoned yourself for another. Hence the healing begins.
