Leo (Fire) and Libra (Air)
Like many others, even I used to think Leo and Libra are compatible signs. Boy was I wrong! Yes, they have an undeniable attraction toward each other and yes they just can’t let each other go. Leo worships Libra’s creativity and admires their ability to shine so effortlessly. Libra is in awe of Leo’s childlike demeanor and carefree style. But…
Compatible? That’s an entirely different story.
While Leo doesn’t give a hoot about what others might think about them and can boldly be themselves, Libra is always trying to make peace and not to offend anyone. While Leo can act on every impulse they get, Libra likes to deliberate (even on their dinner menu). Leo wants Libra to dot on them, proudly show them off, and report to them about their every movement. Libra wants some space, peace, and quiet. Leo can’t help but take it personally and see Libra’s need for space as abandonment. Sad.
This opposing nature can make them headbutt often, but if their chemistry is intense and attachment deep enough, they can make it work. But if they can’t, they will never be able to forget each other.

On our list of incompatible horoscope signs, next come these two. Virgo and Aquarius both want to work hard for a secure life. Both are compassionate and think about the welfare of others. Both hate overt displays of affection.
But Virgo goes by the book. Aquarius loves to break the rules. Virgo wants a home run with precision and discipline. Aquarius wants to climb Mount Everest.
Virgo is detail-oriented, logical, and a perfectionist. Aquarius is visionary, unpredictable, and a bit eccentric. Virgo may see Aquarius as chaotic or detached, while Aquarius might find Virgo overly critical or rigid.
Given both of their inability to express emotions and aversion to drama, these two might part ways when things get too dysfunctional for their growth and well-being. What would you suggest to them? Therapy maybe?
Scorpio (Water) and Sagittarius (Fire)
Scorpios are brooding, reserved, and cautious. They don’t want to get hurt (again). Enter Sagittarius, with their lighthearted humor, silly jokes, and carefree style. Scorpio sees. Scorpio likes. Aries (Fire) and Taurus (Earth)
You might think they are obviously incompatible star signs. But they might not realize this easily. Aries loves the calm and grounded feeling that Taurus brings into their life. But then Aries gets tired of doing things Taurus’ way. Boredom sets in for Aries and life becomes frustratingly slow for them. Aries wants fast paced action and novelty. Taurus wants to follow the tried and tested route. Aries wants to take more risks. Taurus wants to play safe.
At some point Aries’ patience will run out and they will want out. Taurus will be heart-broken and will try to change Aries’ mind. Maybe after a few attempts, Aries will finally call it off. But they would always miss Taurus.
Capricorn (Earth) and Leo (Fire)
Capricorn is reliable and dependable. They make Leo feel safe. Leo loves how Capricorn is a great provider and takes care of Leo. Capricorn feels alive in the warm presence of Leo and their repressed feelings are fulfilled. Leo is intrigued by Capricorn’s secret and mysterious personality and loves how Capricorn becomes a different person only with them.
But then international trips happen or late night business video calls. Capricorn misses Valentine’s Day and Leo’s birthdays and their anniversaries. Leo feels hurt and neglected. Leo tries to get Capricorn’s attention through all sorts of tantrums. Capricorn gets exhausted and feels Leo doesn’t understand them at all. Leo feels Capricorn doesn’t love them or value them, so they start looking for attention elsewhere. Capricorn feels betrayed.
Things get ugly. These two can work it out in the end if Leo doesn’t cross any boundary. But things might get toxic even if they stay together.
