I don’t like socialising in larger groups. To me, group dynamics are extremely important. Generally speaking, if you’re in a group of more than four people, it’s extremely difficult to discuss anything meaningful. All it takes is for just one person who is not on the same wavelength as the rest, for the discussion to become meaningless. Larger groups are mostly for small talk. It’s very difficult to discuss your hopes and fears, ask for advice or share a secret with more than two or three people. This is why I always feel more comfortable and prefer one on one conversations, with the right person.
