Andrew Tate is a former professional kickboxer and influencer with dual U.S. and British citizenship, he has been indicted on serious charges by Romanian authorities.
The charges include rape, human trafficking, and the formation of a criminal group aimed at sexually exploiting women. Andrew Tate’s brother Tristan as well as two Romanian female citizens, have also been charged in connection with these crimes.

The Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT), Romania’s anti-terrorism organization, stated on Tuesday that Andrew Tate and his co-defendants established a criminal group in 2021.

According to DIICOT, the victims were allegedly taken to buildings in Ilfov County, the region surrounding Bucharest, where they were subjected to physical violence and psychological manipulation.

Now Andrew Tate charged with sexual assault, the indictment filed against him includes a request for the seizure of various assets, such as 15 luxury cars, 14 high-end watches, and an estimated $300 million in cryptocurrency, according to the official statement.
In response to the charges, Andrew Tate and his brother’s legal representatives have vehemently denied all allegations.
