STONEWALLING
Complete ignoring. Refusal to talk or make eye contact. The emotional equivalent to cutting off someone’s oxygen.

CUTTING YOUR LIFELINE
Giving you reasons not to see friends and family anymore.

TRIANGULATION
Making you feel like others are a threat by lying, i.e. “Sally said she thinks you’re slacking on the job.”

GASLIGHTING
Lying to you about the past so you always feel like you’re remembering things incorrectly.

DEVALUATION –
The act of breaking you down by constant critiques, insults, or subtle putdowns, i.e. “You’re so crazy”

PROJECTION –
Calling you what they are. Accusing you of cheating if they are cheating or saying you have insecurities that they also have.
